This was today’s late breakfast: simplified (aka lazy-fied) kaya toast, brewed coffee and soft boiled eggs. The kaya toast was aptly named simplified because i just melted butter on nonstick pan, placed the sliced bread, turned these over and spread coconut jam on it. Easy peasy. The soft boil

We love tuna. We love steak. So a Tuna Fillet Steak is the perfect answer to these two favorites. Tuna was marinated with oyster sauce, herbs and spices and light soy sauce. This is a great breakfast meal for breakfast, lunch and dinner 😉
