Banana-Strawberry-Oats

Banana-Strawberry-Oats Smoothie for breakfast or at anytime you are hungry:

Ingredients:

A handful of fresh but frozen strawberries
2 pcs frozen bananas
1 1/2 cups of fresh milk
1/2 cup old fashion oats
1/2 cup water

Blend until desired consistency is achieved.
