This was today’s late breakfast: simplified (aka lazy-fied) kaya toast, brewed coffee and soft boiled eggs. The kaya toast was aptly named simplified because i just melted butter on nonstick pan, placed the sliced bread, turned these over and spread coconut jam on it. Easy peasy. The soft boil

I love coffee. I love coffee jelly. Presenting Starbucks Coffee Jelly Those almost black things are the coffee-flavored jelly in my coffee. Yum! Am not much a Starbucks person because the coffee is quite expensive for me but I do enjoy a treat from the stores from time… … to time 😉
