Pancake House : Blueberry Pancakes

Blueberry Pancakes from Pancake House.

Blueberry Pancakes

This was the other Friday’s Chocolate Chips Pancakes.

I am a regular customer of Pancake House (Hello, do you have a Loyalty Card? LOL).

I go to a branch every Friday after noon to meet a client. More than a decade ago, it was  Pancake House that inspired me to always have these four things at home: pickle relish, mayo, tomato ketchup and mustard. I don’t think they still have these things when they serve omelets because if they do, I have not seen these for a long time.

I like these Blueberry Pancakes better than these other Blueberry Pancakes I wrote about.

Simplified Kaya Toast

September 2nd, 2012

ShareThis was today’s late breakfast: simplified (aka lazy-fied) kaya toast, brewed coffee and soft boiled eggs. The kaya toast was aptly named simplified because i just melted butter on nonstick pan, placed the sliced bread, turned these over and spread coconut jam on it. Easy peasy. The soft [ ... ]
