Filipino Breakfast: Daing na Bangus

There is nothing like having a “Filipino breakfast” like Daing na Bangus, Brown rice, Brewed coffee and a little achara. Nom.

This is so easy to prep and there is no need to go somewhere else for this breakfast idea. The daing na bangus, I bought from the supermarket, deboned and unflavored. I used vinegar, pepper, garlic and a little salt to flavor these fish.

Serve warm with garlic fried rice (on my plate was a cup of brown rice), achara (pickled green papaya) and fried egg. A cup of brewed coffee (we are currently having Benguet Hazelnut grounds) and you get a satisfying Filipino Breakfast meal.
