There is nothing like starting the day right with nutritious food or in this case, a healthy drink.

Green smoothie to start the day right.

Green smoothie:

2 med sized carrots

1 med sized apple

2 tangelos

1 med sized cucumber

1 cup coconut water

(for this glass alone, 4-5 pieces of mustard leaves)

Blend until you reach the desired consistency you like your drink to be. The amount of the fruits and vegetables plus the coconut water yielded about 4 glasses.
