Banana-Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:

3 (saba) banana, mashed
1.5 cups steel-cut oats
2T honey
3T peanut butter
a dash of cinnamon
a pinch of salt (optional)

Procedure:
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
3. Mash the bananas in a bowl.
4. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
5. Bake in pre-heated oven for 12-15 minutes.

NOTE: you can add other ingredients like chocolate chips, nuts, chia seeds, etc. This was a tad too sweet for me, I should lessened the honey. If using sweet choco chips, go easy on the honey or don’t add anymore.
