Making Grilled Cheese French Toast sandwiches therefore is also a favorite. Here is my simple recipe:

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/4 cup of milk (you can use condensed milk or evaporated milk)
A few T of water
A dash of cinnamon (and nutmeg)
A pinch of salt
Sliced bread
Cheese (I use sliced cheese in individual wrappers because these are easy to manage when turning the bread. You can use any cheese that you like.)
Butter

Procedure:
1. Beat the eggs. Add the milk, water, salt, and cinnamon (and nutmeg).
2. Put cheese between the sliced bread.
3. Heat your non-stick pan and add a little butter on it.
4. Dip a pair of sliced bread with cheese in between in the egg and milk. Do not dip too much, just swipe both sides and make sure the whole bread has been wet with the egg/milk dip.
5. Put the dipped bread the non-stick pan that has butter warming on it.
6. Cook for about a minute in low heat.
7. Add a little butter on the bread that is on top of the sandwich being cooked.
8. Flip the bread and cook the other side.
9. Serve warm with scrambled eggs or your favorite fruit.
