Yakiniku Beef and Fried Eggs

We love Yakiniku beef.

On this dish are yakiniku beef strips (these are like bacon strips, only it was beef) marinated in light soy sauce and oyster sauce and pan-fried with a little olive oil. After frying, the oil from the beef strips came out and I used this to fry the eggs.

Here are two other ways I cook  the beef strips:  yakiniku beef with mushrooms and Yakiniku beef sandwich filling.
