Breakfast is the most important meal  of the day so they say. Unless I am in a hurry to do something or go somewhere early (does not really happen a lot), the hubby and I love to have breakfast together when the kids are on their way to school.

One of the breakfast favorites I always prepare: French toasts and fluffy scrambled eggs.

French toast with cheese and Fluffy Scrambled Eggs

For the French toast:

Beat 2 eggs. Add a little water and pour condensed milk in it (I don’t really measure). Add cinnamon powder and a pinch of salt. Get a toast and put it on top of the mixed ingredients but just swipe and NOT dip. If you dip, you will be running out of this sweet mixture. Do it on the other side of the sliced bread.

Cook on a nonstick skillet where you have melted an approximately teaspoon of butter.

The reason why my French toasts are folded in half was because I put sliced cheese on one cooked side after I turned it over.

For the fluffy scrambled eggs: beat 3-4 eggs with mayonnaise. I don’t really measure because I use that Japanese mayo that is in a squeeze bottle container. I didn’t put salt anymore because of the mayo.

Put a little oil in a hot non-stick pan. Put the scrambled eggs and just mix with a flat turner so the eggs will be “running” where there is space and will be fluffed when cooked. Fluff the eggs and don’t let these dry flat.

That’s it, easy peasy.

Enjoy this delicious breakfast combo with a hot cup of coffee!
