Bacon and Egg Cups

This is a fuss-free way to have bacon and eggs for breakfast: Bacon and Egg Cups

What you need:

bacon strips
fresh eggs
muffin pan
cooking oil or cooking spray (whatever you have at home)

The bomb! Bacon and egg cups for breakfast.

How to make Bacon and Egg Cups:

1. Put a little cooking oil in the insides of the each muffin cup.
2. Wrap a bacon strip or two in the cup.
3. Make sure that the egg doesn’t overflow the space so like me, I had to remove a little of the egg white before I did step #4.
4. Pour the egg* inside.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Serve immediately. I used a spoon to scoop out the bacon and egg cups.

*ALTERNATIVE: You can choose to add scrambled eggs with herbs and spices or cheeses, it is all up to you.
