Banana and Oats Breakfast Bars
I decided to make banana and oats breakfast bars a few weeks ago. The truth is I can’t remember the measurement and ingredients and am too lazy to look up the digital notes I did for this.
Main ingredients:
mashed plantains (around 5-6 pieces)
1 1/2 cups of rolled oats
a few dashes of cinnamon
a pinch of salt
a few drops of vanilla flavor
Preheat oven before mixing the ingredients.
Mix everything and put “batter” on a greased baking pan. I used coconut/vegetable oil as greaser. Pat with a spatula to make the mixture even.
Bake for 20-30 minutes or till the sides turn a bit crisp.
Add-ons: dried fruits, nuts, raisins, chocolate chips.
