How to prepare avocado fries:

  1. Slice the avocado around 2-3 inches long
  2. Dip in flour
  3. Dip in beaten egg
  4. Generously roll in bread crumbs (panko)
  5. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes.

I like these. The kids didn’t Perhaps if we have a dip they would go for it.

my kids don’t go for avocados most of the time, either… usually i am happy with my avocados drizzled in olive oil, pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and lemon juice! tamad na magluto. lol. but this looks like a nice and crunchy alternative. 🙂

thanks much for sharing and linking over at Food Friday, T. Julie
