I have written about chili cheesesticks in this post which has the recipe.
We had this during the weekend :
With a bit of work to de-seed, cut cheese into cheesesticks (courtesy of daughter 1) and wrap with lumpia wrapper, we had Chili Cheesesticks with our lunch.
It was chili all right, too much in fact I served with with cream cheese to counter the chili taste. We were all thinking it must be the chili fingers because it’s our first time to eat these and say that each cheesestick was just too hot.
