We could never get enough of this nicecream or banana ice cream.
Ingredients to make at least 12oz or 350gm:
- 6-7 pcs of sliced and frozen bananas (I used SABA variety, ripe but not too ripe)
- 1 Yakult bottle
Procedure:
For approximately 2 pieces of bananas, blitz with a small amount of Yakult till you get desired consistency. Consistency should be like ice cream and you need a spoon to transfer to another container. For 6-7 bananas,1 Yakult bottle is enough. Too much liquid will make it runny.
NOTE: This is also good for sharing 😀
You can also do this with other frozen fruits like strawberries or add peanut butter and dried figs.
