Sharing these fab avocado fries:

How to prepare avocado fries:
- Slice the avocado around 2-3 inches long
- Dip in flour
- Dip in beaten egg
- Generously roll in bread crumbs (panko)
- Bake for 15 – 20 minutes.
I like these. The kids didn’t Perhaps if we have a dip they would go for it.

I’ve been reading about avocado fries lately. I’ll have to try this sometime. I love avocado after all 🙂

my kids don’t go for avocados most of the time, either… usually i am happy with my avocados drizzled in olive oil, pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and lemon juice! tamad na magluto. lol. but this looks like a nice and crunchy alternative. 🙂
