Baked Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients:
3 big sweet potatoes, peeled and cut like French Fries
olive oil
pinch of salt
a dash of Paprika
Procedure:
- After you peeled and cut the sweet potatoes, put in a deep bowl and soak in water for 45 minutes to an hour. Remove the water and pat dry the sliced sweet potato.
- Turn on the oven at about 400F.
- Add olive oil, a pinch of salt and a dash of paprika on the sweet potatoes in a bowl.
- Put parchment paper on the baking sheet and arrange the sliced sweet potatoes. Do not put these too close to each other.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning these halfway through with a tong.
- Cool the Baked Sweet Potato Fries for a few minutes before eating.
