S’mores is a traditional camping food made of roasted marshmallows in between melted chocolate and graham crackers, cooked over an open pit campfire.
For us who do not go camping, S’mores can be had at home as a delicious dessert.
Here’s how:
Ingredients:
- room temp chocolate chips
- big marshmallows
- graham crackers
Procedure:
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave for a few seconds or in the oven for a couple of minutes.
- Put the big marshmallows on top of the almost melted chocolate chips and return to the oven. “Bake” until the tops of the marshmallows turn brown.
- Serve warm with Graham Crackers.
What we did was to scoop a marshmallow and melted chocolate and put in between two graham crackers. Drink plenty of water after eating.
