Vienna Bakery Hopia in Quiapo. I don’t know if Vienna Bakery has another branch, we only know this branch where one can buy irregularly (though more or less the same size) shaped, freshly made and still warm hopia.
The hopia are available in different flavors: mongo (hubby’s absolute favorite), ube (the children’s favorite and mine too) and baboy flavor which is always the last one to get eaten.
We love this with coffee. And yes, ice-cold Coke.
A bag of still warm hopia can be bought for PhP65.00. I wasn’t able to take a photo of the diced hopia because these were eaten before I was able to take photos 😀

I remember buying those square ones in Quiapo. I forgot the name of the store but they sell freshly baked hopia, too. I like mongo flavor more than the baboy.
