We love fresh pineapples.
Whenever I get the chance to buy these fresh, I always do so. The children love them. No coercion needed for them to eat fresh pineapple slices.
Pineapple juice is another story though, they don’t really like it, like me. Fresh pineapple juice is a-ok with us but not the powdered ones or those bought in cans that are just too sweet.
Pineapples are tropical fruits. Pineapples are rich sources of vitamins and minerals.
