In the last post about Avocado and Banana Ice Cream, I wrote: I reserved a little of the thick ice cream for a smoothie drink.
Here was what I did: Avocado and Banana Chocolate Smoothie
With the remaining thick consistency of the avocado and banana ice cream which is about half a cup, add more milk and blend until it looks like a chocolate drink.
I can’t really say how much milk I added but you can just estimate depending on how you want the smoothie to be.
Here is the end result:
Kids loved it better than the ice cream because they said the flavor of the ice cream was too much avocado-y 😀 They did eat their share though.
