My first time to have FlapJacks Blueberry Pancakes:
I admit I was a bit surprised when my order was placed in front of me. I was expecting blueberries IN the pancakes and not blueberry sauce on the pancake. Pancakes were creamy and big I thought I wouldn’t be able to finish the serving. I did of course, 😀
Next time, I might ask them not to put the blueberry sauce on the pancakes because it made the pancakes soggy and too sweet.

Hello Teacher Julie,
I noticed of I mix the blueberries, the batter surrounding the blueberry wont be cooked in time with the batter.

Maybe the blueberries had too much sauce that’s why it was too sweet and pancakes became soggy. I don’t usually put a lot of pancake syrup kasi so this was different. Been looking at images of pancakes with blueberries in it and was thinking, “dapat ganito” LOL.
I remember those big blueberries in your blog. Blog ka na ulit! 😀
