Because the resident homecook was too lazy to cook, this was prepared as lunch during a no-school day with two kids under 12:
- White bread (guilty as charged for having white bread, lol)
- Fluffy scrambled eggs -> here is a how-to make a fluffy scrambled egg
- Fried Wonton (Molo) wrapper chips (I folded in half and dropped in hot oil, fried for a minute or so, had the oil drip and served)
- Japanese mayo and Dijon mustard dip
We had orange juice to keep the food down 😀
