Lunch was supposed to be slow cooked Pork Humba but I fell asleep early and wasn’t able to bring out the marinated meat from the fridge. Woke up too late to put in the slow cooker and too early for my usual wakeup call time.
The youngest’s packed lunch (brother still recuperating at home and big sis on school break) consist of
* (pan) grilled cheese bites ( variations here and here)
* grapes
* chocolate cookies with cream filling intended to be used for another recipe
It has been a few months ago since I stopped buying biscuits and cookies for two main reasons: too much sugar in the cookies and avoidance of too much trash.
