Mango-Banana Yogurt Milkshake

Mango-Banana Milkshake for a Recovery Day after a three day weekend camping in the woods and a Monday sportsfest

Serve healthy and delicious beverage at home. Better to make your own smoothie using frozen fresh fruits and no articifial sweeteners:

Ingredients:

2 frozen mangoes
3 frozen bananas
1 or 2 Yakult bottles OR 2-3T plain yogurt
1 1/2 cups freshmilk
1 cup (or more) purified water or ice cubes

Procedure:

Blitz until desired consistency is achieved. Serve cold.
