Looking for something light for lunch or dinner? Try this: Baked Cream Dory and Buttered Vegetables

Baked Cream Dory and Buttered Vegetables

For the baked cream dory: slice in the cream dory fillet in four parts. Season with crumbled dried rosemary, a little salt and ground pepper. Put in a baking dish with a little olive oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes turning the fish fillet once.

Cut the vegetables your choice. For this dish, I used snap beans, chayote, carrots and zucchini. Just saute on a hot skillet with melted butter. Add salt to taste. Or put a little oyster sauce instead.

That’s it. Your light lunch or dinner.

Enjoy!
