Be healthier by eating fresh fruits and especially when not feeling well.

Children would eat fresh fruits too, if we take the time to make these into bite size that they can easily munch on:

Fresh sliced apple, orange and watermelon are better alternative than chips and sugared cookies and biscuits.

Yum.
