Over the weekend, blueberry cheesecake cups were baked as well as a small 6 inch round Blueberry Cheesecake.
All these are a memory now ever since yesterday and the children have asked a while ago when the next blueberry cheesecake will be made again. I promised them tomorrow so that they can have a slice or two while reviewing for the exams.
Anyway, here is the base from the Cheesecake Cups recipe for the Blueberry Cheesecake. I just added a few spoonfuls of canned blueberries.
