We love green mango at home. In fact, green mango, together with other ingredients is something I would gladly have with my hot rice anytime of the day.
My cousin gave us two Cambodian mangoes when we went home up north. At first I was in doubt about how it would taste but my mama assured me I would like it.
As always, mama is right, I like it! No odd taste like weird looking mangoes have. It just tastes like the smaller, way smaller Indian mangoes we really love.
Tastes great with Zambaleno hot bagoong alamang.
