No-Bake ChocoNut Pops

September 20th, 2014

No-Bake is a sort of magic word for us moms who love to make desserts for our loves.

This No-Bake ChocoNut Pops were made earlier and just like those that I cook, once we start to eat, the prepped food are all but memories 😀 No problem though especially if the kids loved what I prepared, asked for more and asked me to do it again.

Choco-Nut Pops

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of oatmeal flour (oatmeal “powdered” in a food processor. Well I don’t have one I just have a coffee bean processor that I call my mini food processor which went with the blender when we bought one)

4-5pcs of Dry Figs “mashed” with my mini food processor. You can do this with a fork too.

4-5pcs of Tablea chocolate tablets also “mashed” with my mini food processor. You can use cocoa powder instead if you don’t have tablea.

1T all-natural peanut butter (I use a store bought brand with a girl’s name)

3T water

Procedure:

Just put everything together in a small bowl and mix thoroughly, adding water bit by bit to keep the ingredients sticking to each other. Roll a small part  between your hands to make a small ball. Stick a toothpick into each ball.

Recipe yielded 9 pops.

Freeze until the pops solidify a bit.

That’s it! Enjoy these ChocoNut Pops for snacks or dessert or when you just want something to munch on.

These are not sweet by the way like Cake Pops are.
