I was recently invited to attend a cooking demo for healthy recipes with Soyami soy chips at Active Fun SM North EDSA.
While the kiddos were having a great time playing, we mommies were taught healthy recipes with Soyami chips by Nadine Tengco, a US-certified fitness nutritionist and resident nutritionist of the Philippine version of The Biggest Loser Pinoy Edition.
Here are two of the three food preparation that Nadine (and Chats!) prepared for us:
Sneaky MAC N’ CHEESE (recipe coming up)
Sneaky Tuna Nuggets (recipe coming up recipe is over here)
I was surprised with the flavors in these two dishes. Both are soyami! I mean so yummy!
Soyami chips are good to be used instead of bread crumbs especially with the tuna nuggets (which you can also use for other nuggets-like dishes). Soyami chips are made from 100% soya, has no trans-fat, non-GMO and has NO MSG.
Soyami chips are good as “baon” to the school or the office, snacks, extenders and breading for food preparation. Soyami chips are available in three variants: Original, Pizza and White Cheddar.
For more information on Soyami Chips, visit their website here: AMSoyami and Soyami Facebook page here.
I did the Sneaky Tuna Nuggets at home for Tuesday night dinner:
The Tuna Nuggets were also brought for school as the kids’ mid-morning snacks in school.
