I tried two ways of poaching eggs:
One was to drop the egg in swirling hot water (photo on top) while the other was to put the raw egg in baking paper and submerging this in hot water (bottom photo).
This was the egg that was drop in swirling hot water. You can look up videos about this method in YouTube.
This was the egg in baking paper that was submerged in hot water.
The first method was easier to do for me.
Either way, poached egg is delicious!
