Make Ahead : Solo Pizza

September 29th, 2014

For easy early morning prep, I sometimes do Make Ahead Meals like these solo pizza babies.

Lunchbox Fillers

After all kitchen chores are done, these can be prepped at night to be put in the freezer. Just pop in the oven toaster or oven while preparing packed lunch for your loved ones.

Procedure:

Using store-bought wheat solo pizza dough (you can make your own if you like or use pandesal cut in halves or even sliced bread), put your favorite ingredients on these and just freeze.

Put in preheated oven for 10mins or so.

In the photo:

  • tomato sauce with Italian seasoning
  • tomato slices with a little olive oil
  • grated cheese

That’s it, so easy to prepare.
