Baked goods with banana, whether muffins, loaves or cakes are something my family welcomes with open arms and mouths too LOL.
Banana Cake baked yesterday as addition to the Pancakes Breakfast.
For my slice, I smothered it with cream cheese to counter the sweetness of the banana cake.
Here is a simple Banana Cake or Banana Loaf bread made with a package mix called Maya Banana Cake mix.
