Baked oatmeal with plantains? Why not?
Baked oatmeal with plantains and chocolate chips? Of course!
Ingredients (all approximates because I do not measure) :
- a cup of steel cut oats
- three mashed plantains
- half a cup of milk
- a generous amount of chocolate chips (depends on your supply, 😉 )
Mix all these thoroughly and bake in pre-heated oven (can’t remember how hot it was set)
Serve warm.
