Summer is one of the best times to hydrate using fresh fruit juices.

Below are fruits and vegetables for juicing and munching:


Oranges, apple and cucumber for juicing. Bananas, mango and jicama (singkamas) for munching.

Nothing beats fresh fruit juices in terms of taste and nutrition.
