Baked potato marbles with bacon

Baked potato marbles with bacon is one of my eldest daughter’s absolute favorite food (among others, lol). This is easy to make, just cut the baby potatoes in half, put a little olive oil, sprinkle with dried basil powder and a little salt. The fried bacon bits were added a few minutes before the potatoes were done.

These potato marbles are scrubbed one by one before baking. Now that is not the easy part, lol. Better be safe than sorry though.
