This is Pancit 1913 from Adarna Food Culture.
The youngest daughter ordered this ONE when we had lunch at the Adarna Food Culture last Sunday.
It was also one of the choices of a restaurant/food review, Good Pinoy Eats in a recent issue of the Philippine Airlines Mabuhay magazine.The number 1 restaurant in the list is Adarna Food Culture. MIL was thankful we brought her there.
Here is why the name Pancit 1913 came to be.

oo nga, this restaurant is indeed relatively near us. have heard good reviews about them. familiar siya kasi malapit lang sa eunilane, where we sometimes do our groceries. lol. haven’t tried eating there, yet, pero katabi niya rin lang ung ferino’s bibingka. 🙂

Linda, it’s a fusion of Asian flavors. The date is annexed because there was a note somewhere that indicated the family who operates the resto used to enjoy this dish 🙂 Btw, I used to homeschool my children too (http://homeschooling.teacherjulie.com)

Yes, it can qualify as comfort food. A fusion of Asian flavors and a reminder of things in the past 🙂 It definitely had me remember grandma’s prep of this kind of food.
