Masuki Chicken Mami
My children love this so much so that we went to Masuki at Sekai Center along Ortigas Avenue for two consecutive Saturdays after the youngest daughter’s (in the inset photo) art lessons. Read about Masuki here.
Masuki Chicken Mami has simple taste made flavorful by the brown sauce you put on the noodles or in the broth itself. Best paired with their ginormous siopao (post will be up in a while. I hope). Their noodles are fresh and made the old way.
