Baked Herbed Cream Dory Fillet

July 8th, 2011

This is baked herbed cream dory fillet in the lunchboxes of the school children. It doesn’t look too appetizing, I know but this is a bestseller and one of the most requested lunchbox filler. The lunchboxes are brought home without leftovers.

Cream dory fillets are seasoned with a little salt and pepper and choice herbs. I use McCormick Italian Seasoning. Rice is a combination of white organic and brown organic.
