Crabs from a SuTuKil in Bohol. SU = sugba or roast, TU = tuwa or boil with clear and flavored broth and KIL = kinilaw or raw food just “cooked” with vinegar and spices.

  • Choose seafoods you want to eat
  • Choose vegetables and seasonings
  • Choose a stall where you want your food cooked and eaten
